About Us
Founded in 2011, Dorr Capital has grown to a $2.257B total loan value real estate mortgage business. The company specializes in two key lines of business: commercial mortgages and development financing. Brian Dorr created Dorr Capital when he recognized a need in the market to help developers find creative solutions for borrowing, founded in honest, trustworthy partnerships. It is our goal to open the mortgage investment market to private investors and diversify their investment portfolio as an alternative to traditional stock and bond assets. Today, our highly experienced and accredited team are your partners in bespoke commercial mortgage financing and investing opportunities.
